Cancellation policy: (i) A full refund on cancellations and amendments made up to 5 working days before consumption. (ii) One night retention or 50 % of the total reservation amount is forfeited, which ever is higher, on cancellations made less than 5 working days but more than 48 hours before consumption. (iii) No refund (full forfeiture) on cancellations made within 48 hours of consumption. I will notify Comfort Homestay of a cancellation within 24 hours of the cancellation being made.
